I was lucky enough to find these late victorian diamanté or paste belt buckles recently.
The largest measures approximately 10cm x 3.5cm. It is a little wonky, but in full working condition with no stones missing.
The second largest (also rectangular) measures 5.5cm x 3.5cm, again a little wonky but in full working condition with no stones missing. this has a metal bar to secure the fabric, it should have 3 spikes but one has broken off, so just has the two, which I have tried to show in the pictures.
The third buckle is two halves that clip together, again a little wonky but fully functional. This does unfortunately have a stone missing.
The final buckle is just half of a buckle, but incredibly pretty. I think it could be used as a hat decoration, or one of the stones could be removed and used to complete buckle No. 3, as they appear the same size.
