Singer sewing machine, Early Ruffler for 27K and 28K Puzzlebox

This is an early ruffler which fits a 27K and 28K long bobbin machines and the 15 class machines

Rare item. This also formed part of the oak puzzle box.

Please note this ruffler has quite a bit of rust - but it could complete an incomplete puzzle box.
